This document outlines the Terms and Conditions governing your use of GoMo's services. By accessing or using our mobile top-up, international calling, data plan activations, digital payment integrations, or wholesale mobile airtime distribution services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These terms become effective upon your acceptance, indicated by your continued use of our services. GoMo's services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with notifications provided through our website or direct communication channels. Your continued use of services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Service Description and Acceptable Use
GoMo provides a comprehensive suite of telecommunications services designed to connect communities. This includes, but is not limited to, mobile top-up for various carriers, affordable international calling credit, flexible data plan activations, secure digital payment processing, and efficient wholesale airtime solutions. Our services are typically available 24/7, subject to network conditions and scheduled maintenance.
Users are expected to utilize GoMo services responsibly and lawfully. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, fraudulent transactions, network abuse, unauthorized access, distribution of harmful content, or any activity that interferes with the service of other users or the integrity of our network. Fair use policies apply to ensure equitable access to our network resources for all subscribers. Any breach of acceptable use policies may result in service suspension or termination.
Billing, Payment, and Refund Policies
All GoMo services are billed in accordance with the rates and charges presented at the time of purchase or subscription. We accept various payment methods, clearly specified on our platform. Pricing may be subject to change with prior notice, typically communicated via email or our website. All transactions are processed securely.
Refunds for mobile top-ups, international calling credit, and data plan activations are generally available only in cases of technical error directly attributable to GoMo. Requests for refunds must be made within a specified timeframe, usually 24-48 hours post-transaction, and are subject to verification. GoMo is not responsible for incorrect mobile numbers entered by the user. Late payments for recurring services, where applicable, may incur additional charges or lead to service interruption. Disputes regarding charges must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date for review and resolution.

Liability Limitations and Disclaimers
GoMo strives to provide uninterrupted and error-free services. However, we do not guarantee that services will be absolutely continuous or free from errors. Service performance may vary due to factors outside our control, including network conditions, third-party provider issues, or force majeure events. GoMo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the services to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our liability for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. GoMo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. We maintain comprehensive intellectual property rights over our platform and services; users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use our services as intended.
Dispute Resolution and Service Termination
Should any dispute arise concerning GoMo's services, we encourage customers to first contact our support team at info@GoMo.com for informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Houston, TX, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, waiving the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
GoMo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. Provisions of the Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. Account data is retained according to our Privacy Policy and relevant legal requirements following termination.
